US whiskey maker Woodford Reserve and home retailer Williams Sonoma recently formed a new partnership to bring unique whiskey cocktail experiences to kitchens and homes across the country.
The partnership kicks off with a line of co-branded cocktail mixers, now available for purchase, in time to celebrate Bourbon Heritage Month.
The line of cocktail mixers includes Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour and Mint Julep.
Additionally, Woodford Reserve and Williams Sonoma will host online virtual cocktail classes on September 15 and 29, where consumers will learn how to make the signature cocktails and hear about the history of bourbon from Elizabeth McCall, Woodford’s Assistant Master Distiller. And additional products and experiences of the partnership will be announced in the months and years to come.
Master Distiller Chris Morris said in a prepared statement: “Woodford Reserve was designed to be enjoyed on its own or in delicious cocktails. I can’t think of a better partner than Williams Sonoma, who is known for bringing people together around food and drink.
Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, and Mint Julep Cocktail Mixers are now available at Williams Sonoma stores across the United States, online at www.williams-sonoma.com, and at the Woodford Reserve Distillery in Versailles, Kentucky for 18, $ 95 per 16 fl. ounce. bottle.
Kentucky’s Woodford Reserve Distillery is a National Historic Landmark and part of the Brown-Forman Corporation. The Williams Sonoma brand was founded in 1956 and is a leading specialty retailer of kitchen and home products. Each of its stores offers cooking classes and tastings led by experts.
